I’ve been visiting The Fitness Garage for the past two months, and it’s been a game-changer for my fitness journey. Frank is an exceptional coach is highly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly passionate about helping each person reach their goals. He pays attention to form, progress, and individual needs, which makes every session both effective and enjoyable.

The gym is well-equipped with everything you need, whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced athlete. From strength training to conditioning, Frank has created a space that supports all levels of fitness.

It’s been close to a month that I’ve been training with Frank and I cannot give enough praise. Since I’m new to the area and not ready to fully commit to a gym just to gain access to a trainer, The Fitness Garage really piqued my interest!

If I had to give one negative-I have to say that working out in the Texas heat definitely takes some getting used to, but extra sweat is never a bad thing.

As a final note, I’m a beginner in terms of fitness but Frank has a lot of knowledge and I think any and all fitness levels could benefit from his training!

We’ve been working with Frank for the past couple of months, and it’s been an incredible experience! From the start, he took the time to understand our individual goals, fitness levels, and challenges. My fitness journey with Frank started couple of months ago....i didnt know what to expect and also was not sure if i could maintain discipline, especially in diet. Being Indian, its really difficult to control different varities of food, but Frank never told to stop those...he just told to reduce it by half....that small change helped me shred from 188 to 176 in around 10 weeks....the level of agility before and i started and now is totally improved.....Frank always helps in maintaining the routine and yet making it interesting by letting us do different varieties for each muscle group...really happy to have such a wonderful trainer.....thanks Frank!!!!

I have worked in gyms and been trained by professionals and coaches throughout my fitness journey, and Frank stands out against them all! He is not only knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience, but he truly loves fitness and has a passion for it that is evident! My husband and I have even brought our business partners/friends who come visit us and they sang his praises and took what Frank taught them and made changes back at home. I have known Frank for 10+ years. In addition his vast fitness and nutrition knowledge, Frank is one of the most humble, caring, positive & encouraging people I know. This translates to him giving the very best to his clients, pushing them hard to be their best, while encouraging them along the way. Not only does The Fitness Garage have all of the latest fitness toys, Frank is also one of the most meticulous individuals that I know, it is reflected in his gym, it is cleaner and the equipment is better maintained than most national chain fitness centers.
